THE BISH REPORT THE FIGHT NEVER ENDED I do not believe the fight that began in 2020 ever ended. In 2020, I was running for the United States Congress while Gavin Newsom was Governor and Xavier Becerra was California’s Attorney General. California was under emergency lockdown orders that reached into our businesses, schools, churches, families, and our ability to gather. I believed those orders crossed a constitutional line, and for me, that became intensely personal because they interfered with
